*The terms set out below apply to the Apple iPhone prize draw.
Entry into the prize draw for an Apple iPhone (hardware only) is restricted to attendees who complete the Altium Innovation Station Activity Card which includes attending one of the Altium Designer Innovation Station Live Demonstrations at ESC 2008, Altium Booth #1730 on April 15, 16, or 17th 2008.
Limit of one Apple iPhone to be won at each prize draw and total of six (6) Apple i-Phones to be given away. The competition winner/s will be selected at random and announced at 2:00pm and 4:00pm each day.
Winners must be present at Booth #1730 at the time of the draw to be eligible to redeem their prize. If the original winner is not present at the time of the draw, then a redraw will take place until a winner drawn is present at Booth #1730 to redeem their prize.
The prize offered by Altium Ltd is a new Apple iPhone hardware unit only. Activation, unlocking and any service agreement requirements of the Apple iPhone is the sole responsibility of the winner/s. Once the winner/s take possession of the Apple iPhone Altium will have no further involvement in the application of the Apple iPhone unit.
Fulfillment of the prize/s will be immediately after each of the prize draws. Altium reserves the right to publish the name of the winner for use in internal marketing and promotional material.
Entries are limited to one entry per person.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or any substitute prize requested by the winner/s.
