Assembly Variants have been greatly improved in Altium Designer and the new major features will be demonstrated in this video.

The video demo creates 6 different assembly variations of a filter design, each with a different filter frequency. The board for each variation will be exactly the same, but each will be stuffed with different parts. Also, in the low frequency variations, some connectors will not be mounted. Alternate connectors will be used instead.
