today announced it has appointed Scott Taitel as Chief Operating
Officer of TASKING's Worldwide Operations and President of TASKING
US. TASKING delivers embedded software development solutions to the
top 500 companies that use embedded microprocessor, microcontrollers
and DSPs in their products. Taitel will drive TASKING's strategy to
continue being the top solutions supplier by providing the best easy
to use tools and the most responsive and technically capable
customer services. "Scott brings a wealth of knowledge about

strengthen our position in the embedded market by adding tools to

Taitel joins TASKING with an extensive background in both the
embedded systems industry and the management of growing companies.
Scott most recently served as Vice President of Administration of
ACX, an Inc. 500 Company. Prior to that position, Taitel was Vice
President of Intermetrics Microsystems Software, Inc., a leading
supplier of development tools for the embedded systems industry that
was acquired by TASKING in 1996. He holds a BA from Syracuse
University and an MBA from Northeastern University where he has been
a member of the Business School's part-time faculty for over ten
years.
