    Inside Sales Representative - Legacy (m/f), München, Germany

    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving sales targets, meeting or exceeding our levels for the minimum number of conversations and “dials” made per day. Meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Presents Altium’s value proposition via On-line and/or live presentations to engineering teams, management and occasionally C-Level executives.
    • Completes all related paperwork including sales reports, forecasts, expense reports, etc. on a timely basis.
    • Maintains detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities in Altium’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
    • Works closely with our marketing team on email and phone campaigns, etc.
    • Learns and maintains in-depth knowledge of Altium products and technologies, competitive products and industry trends.

    Ihr Profil

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field desirable or equivalent experience.
    • 1-3 years Inside Sales/Telesales/Business Development Experience in a software or related technology company preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively through various forums including email and telephone.
    • Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
    • Demonstrate persistence to move past gate-keepers and gain key intelligence regarding decision makers, customer needs, etc.
    • Basic sales strengths including negotiating and persuasion.
    • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases such as Salesforce.com desirable but not required.
    • Must have proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and other generally known applications
    • Fluent in German and English
