We are seeking a Business Development Representative (New Logo Closer) to join our team! The NLC owns a specific territory and proactively interfaces with prospects on a daily basis via telephone and email to qualify and drive new logo business opportunities to closure. The New Logo Closer is responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals for a designated territory.
● Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving sales targets, meeting or exceeding established standards for the minimum number of contacts and talk time per day.
● Presents Altium’s value proposition via GoToMeeting and live presentations to engineering teams, management and C-Level executives.
● Completes administrative paperwork including sales reports, forecasts, expense reports, etc. on a timely basis.
● Meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
● Maintains detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities in Altium’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
● Organizes and executes specialized projects such as call-out campaigns, data updates, etc.
● Learns and maintains in-depth knowledge of Altium products and technologies, competitive products and industry trends.
You are bright, honest, straight talking and well motivated. You will be comfortable with making outbound telephone calls and working to deadlines. This is a hands-on role, so you will not be afraid of rolling up your sleeves and mucking in with everyone.
