Telephone Sales Representatives (m/f), Munich, Germany
Altium is growing and we are looking for new Telephone Sales Representatives (m/f)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Generates opportunities by calling off marketing generated lead lists for upselling products to existing customers.
• Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving sales targets.
• Keeps detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities in Salesforce, Altium’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
• Learns and maintains in-depth knowledge of Altium products and technologies, competitive products and industry trends.
Knowledge, Skill and Competency Requirements:
• 1-3 years Telemarketing/Telesales experience, preferred in a software or related technology company
• Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
• Must have proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and other generally known applications
• Fluent in German and English, additional European languages (French, Spanish, Italian) are a benefit
