This role is focused on partnering with the Japan Sales & Support team based in Tokyo. Working closely with the management team, you will be a key player in ensuring we have a motivated team of highly talented professionals who are appropriately skilled in order to drive our world-class product through their sales territory.
This is a hands on role in which you will provide full-service HR support and you will be involved in discussions and planning for the career development of each individual. The role is suited to an organised, self-motivated individual who is passionate about their work and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Professionally you will have a relevant degree and a minimum of 4 years relevant HR experience with a strong track record of partnering managers. You will also have an excellent working knowledge of Japanese employment law. Solid recruitment experience and fluency in both Japanese and English is a must.
