As software engineer you will be part of a team of professionals, all working on the same TASKING products. You will be working in a professional environment where you will develop in C/C++ on Linux.
Each TASKING product, consists of an integrated graphical development environment with C/C++ compiler, debugger, assembler, linker/locator and utilities. We build these products for the Microsoft Windows, Sun Solaris and Linux platforms. Our customers use our products to build applications for (mobile) telephony, cars, industrial automation, Smart Cards, audio/video equiment, PCs and peripherals, etcetera. TASKING products are also integrated in Altium Designer, enabling software development for FPGA-based soft processors.
Working on TASKING products is interesting and challenging because we use high-end and complex technology in the area of compilers and debuggers. By working closely together with semiconductor manufacturers we have the knowledge about the latest technologies applied in microprocessors and in FPGA’s.
Profile
- Experience in programming in C and/or C++
- Knowledge of Windows NT and/or Unix/Linux
- HBO or university level of education
- Preferably experience or education in the area of embedded software development
