February 3, 2009: Resignation of André Pravaz as Executive Director
The Board of Directors of Altium Ltd (ASX: ALU) has accepted the resignation of André Pravaz as an executive director, effective 3 February 2009. Mr Pravaz’s resignation will enable him to focus full time on the Altium worldwide sales force in his role as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, which was announced to the ASX on 14 August 2008.
