Good luck comes in threes: Altium wins EDN China Innovation Award 2010 for a third time

Beijing, China November 23, 2010–Altium Designer has won the EDN China Innovation Award 2010 for the third year in succession. The product was named as Best Product in the Development Tool and Software category.

Now on its 20th year, the EDN Innovation Awards originated in Silicon Valley and since 2005, EDN China has organized the Chinese version of the awards every year to encourage innovative enterprises and products, and boost the rapid and long-term growth of the Chinese electronics design industry.

Readers and members of EDN China voted for nominated products based on technical innovation, market impact and product service, and the best product was finally selected by the jury consisting of senior editors from EDN China and technical experts.

Mr. Jeff Lu, Editor-in-Chief of EDN China, said: “With the fast development of the electronics industry and increasingly diversified market demands, innovation has been a vital factor for the core competitiveness of enterprises.
