Carl J Rooke, Chairman

Carl joined the Altium board in 1990 and was appointed Chairman in 1999. Carl is a director of BDO Kendalls (TAS) Pty Ltd.

Nicholas M Martin, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer

Nick founded Altium in 1985 (known then as Protel) and has held the role of CEO since 1999. Nick provides the business strategy for the company, including the overall financial, marketing and product development direction.

Kayvan Oboudiyat, Executive Vice Chairman

Kayvan joined Altium in 1997 as Managing Director and has played a key role in Altiums acquisition and new business strategies. Kayvan currently holds the position of Executive Vice Chairman.

William A Bartee, Non-Executive Director

Bill was appointed to Altiums board in 1999 and has many years of experience working with emerging growth technology companies. Bill is currently Managing Director of Globalview Technology Ventures, LLC.

André J Pravaz, Non-Executive Director

André joined the Altium board as a non-executive director in January 2007 and was appointed to the audit and risk management committee in July 2007. André is the former Vice President, South East Asia Pacific for Autodesk Inc., the worlds leading design software and services company.

David M Warren, Non-Executive Director

Dave joined Altiums board in 1991 and has worked across a number of areas of the business including sales and corporate development. In 2004, David became a non-executive director.

Samuel S Weiss, Non-Executive Director

Sam joined the Altium board as a non-executive director in January 2007 and was appointed to the audit and risk management committee in July 2007. Sam currently serves on the boards of Oroton Group Ltd, Ecos Corporation, GLG Corp Ltd Open Universities Pty Ltd and Canterbury of New Zealand Ltd.
