As of January 2002 all sales and support for Philips PDS51 emulation and programming products are handled by Acqura Systems.

Acqura provides emulation systems supporting a wider range of Philips microcontroller devices than any other vendor, including many devices for which they are the only source of emulation support. Being Philips-specific they offer a depth of knowledge and attention to detail unmatched by any other vendor.

The PDS51 emulator provides fully transparent emulation of Philips 8xC51 derivatives with zero stolen resources. Philips also offers similarly fully-featured emulation systems specifically for the 87LPC76x family and will shortly be introducing even more capable USB-based emulators for the new 8xC51MX, and 89LPC9xx (LPC2) microcontroller families.

All Philips emulation systems support TASKING 8051 and other leading compiler vendors, and are supplied with a sophisticated Windows-based debugging environment.
