As an intern in Altium Customer Success & Technical Support Team, you will be exposed to all facets of the work of an Applications Engineer. This gives you exposure to how customers use Altium products in designing verifying and managing in real time.
Support our customers with technical questions about the product, i.e. licensing, set-up, configuration and usage
Troubleshoot and resolve and qualify pre-escalation cases for Level II support team
Documenting and updating of Support related Call and Tickets, as well as, documentation of issues related to users, both internally and externally.
Time will be set aside for mentoring in the following areas:
PCB Design tools
Customer service skills
Pursuing education in Technical Field is preferred
Committed, team player
Flexible, careful and responsible
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Customer Service (i.e. Support, Helpdesk) is a plus
Experience with CAD tools for creating electronics designs is a plus
Preferred Majors: Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Electronics Computer Engineering, ElectroMechanical Engineering or related degree
