    Job Responsibilities

    The Altium 365 Advocate proactively drives campaigns with our legacy customers (Altium customers no longer on software subscription) and/or renewing current customers’ subscription using a designed sales system and process.

    1. Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving sales targets, company alignment goals, meeting or exceeding our levels for the minimum number of sales activities per day.
    2. Maintain a 3x transparent pipeline Salesforce
    3. Ability to analyze sales data and use these analytics to drive the sales process
    4. Learn and follow the proper Altium sales methodologies and processes focused on using the systems to drive activity
    5. Presents Altium’s 365 value proposition via On-line and/or live presentations to engineering users, teams, and management.
    6. Exceeds given target and drives to the potential of the market
    7. Maintains detailed and accurate following of all Salesforece requirements
    8. Learns and maintains in-depth knowledge of Altium products and technologies, competitive products and industry trends.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field desirable or equivalent experience.
    2. 1-3 years of sales experience or related technology industry experience.
    3. Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively through various forums including email and telephone.
    4. Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
    5. Demonstrate persistence to move past gate-keepers and gain key intelligence regarding decision makers, customer needs, etc.
    6. Proficiency with Salesforce.com required.
    7. Must have proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and other known applications
    8. Inside Sales/Telesales/Business Development Experience in a software or related technology company preferred.
