How is it possible to login as an Administrator to a locally managed content server (Vault/NEXUS/Concord Pro) web interface to release seats?
Solution Details
Even when all license seats are in use, you should still be able to log in directly at the server machine's console (remote desktop is OK) by using the server's web browser to navigate to http://localhost:9780.Using your workstation's browser requires a CAL (Client Access License) so please make sure you are at the server's console where the managed content server is installed.
