The Altium MCAD CoDesigner panel displays the full history of accepted and rejected changes from both the electrical and mechanical sides. As soon as changes are applied or rejected by the electrical engineer, you will see a notification in your MCAD application.

In ECAD, the electrical engineer should open a PCBdoc, activate the MCAD CoDesigner panel, and click “Push”.
On the MCAD side, download the latest version of your MCAD tool’s plugin, install and activate it in MCAD, and click “Pull.”

Create board-to-board connectivity and verify net-to-pin assignments and pin-to-pin interconnects. Changes and updates can be pushed down into affected PCB projects or bought back up to the source system schematic.
