This knowledge article provides the necessary details to change the owner of your company's active workspace.
If your organization encounters a situation where the owner of the Altium 365 Workspace needs to be changed, a member of the organization's Group Administrators can change the Owner of the workspace following the steps below.
Note: In order to assign the new owner, the user will need to have AltiumLive credentials and be a Group Administrator within your organization.
Access the AltiumLive Dashboard by going to
Select Workspaces from the top menu bar.
On the Workspaces page, click the three dots in the top right corner of the Workspace icon and select Change Owner.
In the Change Owner dialog, enter the new owner's email and it will find the user and select them to be the new owner.
Click Change and you will receive a confirmation window that it has been done.
It may take some time for the change to be reflected within the Workspaces view of your Dashboard. Check back again later to confirm the change has synchronized back to the dashboard.
