On-Demand License Not Showing Up

Unable to see the newly activated license associated with the account.

Up to Version: Current

Solution Details

With a newly purchased and activated license, the license may not appear right away. You would need to refresh by signing out and signing back in.

To do this, select your portrait icon in the top right and then select the sign-out button.


Afterwards, reselect the portrait icon and select Sign-In.


This should give you the Sign-in pop-up; where you can login with your AltiumLive Credentials.

After doing this, the licenses should appear in your license management page.
