The Search For Users dialog

Summary

The Search For Users dialog allows you to search the Workspace for users in order to give permissions to certain users for certain folders, items, or item revisions.

Access

The dialog is accessed by clicking Add User from the Add button drop-down in the Edit Operation Permissions dialog or the Share For dialog.

Options/Controls

• User Name – enter the target user name for the search. You can search for users based on their name or email.
• Full Name/User Name – this region displays the results from your search.
