Clone Project

Summary

This command is used to clone a project.

Access

This command can be accessed in the following ways:

From the Projects panel by right-clicking on a managed project then selecting Clone from the context menu.
From the Open Project dialog by clicking the Open Project Copy link from the Project Information region located in the Server and Workspace tabs.

The Clone command is only available if the project is a Managed Project.

Use

After launching the command, the Clone Project dialog will open and display the Project Name and Description. By default, the original project name will be used with the suffix ' - Copy'. Click Advanced in the dialog to access the Folder and Local Storage fields then click in each field to select the folder and storage location. With all the options for the cloned project defined as required, click OK to clone your project.

Tips

You may also clone a project from the detailed view of your managed project, which can be accessed from the Projects page of your server's browser interface.
