The following pre-packaged resources, derived from this base command, are available:
Applied Parameters: Object=Designator|ContextObject=Component
This command is used to toggle the display of the designator - between not hidden and hidden - for the component under the cursor.
This command is accessed from the PCB Editor by right-clicking over a placed component in the workspace then choosing the Component Actions » Hide Designator command (if the designator is currently shown), or the Component Actions » Show Designator command (if the designator is currently hidden) from the context menu.
After launching the command, the component's designator will either be hidden or made visible depending on whether it is currently visible or not.
Applied Parameters: Object=Comment|ContextObject=Component
This command is used to toggle the display of the comment - between not hidden and hidden - for the component under the cursor.
This command is accessed from the PCB Editor by right-clicking over a placed component in the workspace then choosing the Component Actions » Hide Comment command (if the comment is currently shown), or the Component Actions » Show Comment command (if the comment is currently hidden) from the context menu.
After launching the command, the component's comment will either be hidden or made visible depending on whether it is currently visible or not.
