Summary

This command is used to access the Layer Stack, which allows you to configure the layers of the board.

Access

This command is accessed in the following ways:

From the PCB Editor, choose Design » Layer Stack Manager from the main menus.
From the PCBLIB Editor, choose Tools » Layer Stack Manager from the main menus.

Use

After launching the command, the Layer Stack will open in a new tab (Stackup). The Layer Stack can be left open while you work on the board, which allows you to switch back and forth between the board and the Layer Stack. You must perform a Save action in the Layer Stack before edits are reflected in the PCB.

Tips

All of the standard View behaviors, such as splitting the screen or opening on a separate monitor, are supported.
