Summary

This command is used to open the currently selected documents within Altium Designer.

Access

This command can be accessed from the Project Files region of the Storage Manager panel with one or more files selected by:

Right-clicking and choosing the Open command from the context menu.
Using the Enter keyboard shortcut.

Use

Ensure the document(s) that you want to open are selected in the Project Files region of the Storage Manager panel. Standard multi-select features are supported (Ctrl+click, Shift+click and click&drag).

After launching the command, the selected document will be opened as the active document in the main design window. If a group of documents are selected, all documents will be opened as tabbed documents, with the focused entry becoming the active document.

Tips

Double-clicking on a document in the list will also open that document within Altium Designer.
