Generate Rout/Mill Report

Summary

This command is used to generate a rout/mill report for the current document.

Access

This command is accessed from the CAMtastic Editor by choosing the Reports » Rout/Mill command from the main menus.

Use

After launching the command, a rout/mill report (Rout.rpt) will be generated and opened as the active document in the main design window. The report lists all defined rout/mill paths for the current document with tool numbers, sizes, number of instances for each tool, and the distance of each routing/milling path.

Tips

The report is generated and saved automatically in the \Users\<ProfileName>\AppData\Roaming\Altium\Altium Designer <GUID>\CAMtastic folder of your software installation. The report will appear in the Projects panel as a free document.
All measurement information uses the current units for the workspace - either inches or millimeters. Units can be changed either from the CAMtastic panel, or the CAM Editor - Drawing Modes page of the Preferences dialog.
Generating a new report will overwrite an existing report of the same name without warning.
