The following pre-packaged resource, derived from this base command, is available:

This command is used to quickly jump to, and make active, the previous component in the current library document.


This command can be accessed from the Schematic Library Editor by:

  • Choosing the Tools » Goto » Previous Component command from the main menus.
  • Right-clicking in the workspace and choosing the Tools » Previous Component command from the context menu.


After launching the command, the previous component in the Components list in the SCH Library panel will be highlighted, and the component will be displayed as the active component in the main design window.


  1. After reaching the first component in the list, the command will not cycle to the last component again.
