KB: Error - View was never added to binder view

Some users may encounter an issue in Altium Designer where they are unable to open any documents and receive the error message: "View was never added to binder view."
Additionally, Altium Designer may become unresponsive and fail to close normally. While rare, this issue can occur if the Project Panel workspace becomes corrupted.
Solution Details
Resolution steps for error message: "View was never added to binder view."
If the software becomes unresponsive, use Task Manager to force close it before proceeding.
Restart Altium Designer without reloading previously opened documents:
- Hold down the `Ctrl` key while launching Altium Designer.
- Keep `Ctrl` pressed until the software fully loads.
- This prevents Altium Designer from opening the last saved project group.
Note: Automatic document reloading is controlled on the System - General page of the Preferences dialog:
- Navigate to Preferences » System » General.
- Under the Startup section, the Reopen Last Project Group controls automatic document reloading.
If the issue persists, consider the following:
- Resetting Altium Designer preferences to restore default settings: KB: Reset the Altium Designer configuration to the installation defaults
- Reinstalling Altium Designer if other solutions do not work.
