The Create new component dialog
Summary
The Create new component dialog is used to select the type of component when adding a new component. Once added, the component will be displayed in the Projects panel.
Access
The dialog is accessed from any editor by clicking File » New » Component from the main menus.
Options/Controls
- Search - use the text box to enter the component type for which you want to search. The list of component types will be filtered according to the search string entered.
- Component type list - select the desired component type from the list then click OK.
