Summary

The Document Options dialog displays information about the managed Outjob. 

Access

The dialog is accessed from a managed outjob by right-clicking anywhere in the outJob file then selecting Document Options. 

Options/Controls

  • Item Revision - displays the Item ID.
  • Choose - click to open the Choose Item dialog to choose another item.
  • Details - click to open the Explorer panel showing the details of the item.
  • Source - displays the source server of the item.
  • Show in Explorer - click to open the Explorer panel showing the item.
  • Revision Details - displays any detailed description of the revision. 
  • Revision State - displays the revision state of the item.
