KB: Graphics Support in Altium 365 Web Viewer Interface

Solution Details

When graphics are used in schematic documents, there are requirements that must be met when rendering them in Altium 365’s web browser interface as follows:

1  Graphics sourced from network attached storage (NAS) or virtual drives mounted in Windows, such as Google Drive, are NOT supported. They need to be sourced from a local hard disk drive.
2  All images should be embedded into the schematic document. Please refer to the online documentation accessible through the following reference link: Graphic Properties

Consider the following example. Notice that the following image contains three graphics sourced from a local hard drive, network attached storage drive and Google Drive. 


When the project is viewed in the web browser, notice only the graphic from the local disk drive is displayed.
