KB: Troubleshoot LDAP syncing

We are having issues with LDAP syncing with our Altium Server. It was working prior and we are now receiving: "There was no endpoint listening at http://localhost:9791/LdapSyncStatus that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details."

Solution Details

Try rebooting the server.  If you can't do that soon, try this first - Verify that the Net.Pipe Listener Adapter Windows Service is started:

Windows Logo Key + R>, [Run | Open:]  type in "services.msc" then click OK.  In the Services panel locate the Net.Pipe Listener Adapter service to make sure that its status is Running, and verify that startup type is Automatic.

Also, open server IIS manager.  Under Application Pools, scroll down to the bottom and find Altium Infrastructure Server - WebSocket Service and make sure it is started.
