Parent page: CAMtastic Commands

The following pre-packaged resource, derived from this base command, is available:

Applied Parameters: None

This feature is used to cancel the current command.

This command can be accessed from the CAMtastic Editor by:

  • Right-clicking within the workspace, while placing a polyline object, and choosing the Cancel Action command from the context menu.
  • Using the Esc keyboard shortcut.
While performing most interactive commands, right-clicking also cancels the action. Typically, this will be at the point before the main sub-process begins (e.g. prior to selection of objects on which to operate), or where the main sub-process has completed, and the interactive command awaits selection of further objects to perform that sub-process again.

After launching the command, the active command will be aborted.

  1. If the current command uses a dialog at any stage, this feature will only cancel out of the dialog. You will need to use the feature again to completely abort the command.
