The following pre-packaged resource, derived from this base command, is available:

This command is used to toggle between the Off snap mode and the previously selected snap mode (other than Off).


This command can be accessed from the CAMtastic Editor by:

  • Right-clicking within the main workspace and choosing the Snap Change command from the context menu.
  • Right-clicking, while placing a polyline object, and choosing Snap Change from the context menu.
  • Using the Shift+S keyboard shortcut.


After launching the command, the snap mode will either become Off, or the previously selected mode, depending on the current state.


  1. The current snap mode can be viewed/changed on the CAMtastic panel, and also on the CAM Editor - Drawing Modes page of the Preferences dialog.
