Summary

This command is used to toggle the display of the Extents Box. This box is used to display the drawing extents within the main design workspace.

Access

This command can be accessed from the CAMtastic Editor by:

  • Choosing the View » Views » Extent Box command from the main menus.
  • Using the Shift+E keyboard shortcut.

Use

After launching the command, the Extents Box will either be displayed or not, depending on its current display status. When displayed, the box boundaries are dotted red lines.

Tips

  1. The CAMtastic Editor allows 260 by 260 inches for design work. When you move the cursor outside the bounding edges of the Extents Box, you will see "Out of Limits!" in the Coordinates field in the CAMtastic panel.
