Keepout = True
Returns all arc, fill, region and track objects whose Keepout property is enabled.
Not Keepout
Keepout = False
Returns all objects except arc, fill, region and track objects whose Keepout property is enabled.

- The Keepout property is only defined for arc, fill, region and track objects.
