Altium NEXUS® Help Materials Open Content License

Altium Ltd. ("Altium") provides technical information concerning its Altium NEXUS® product (the "Help Materials") in an online, open content format. The Help Materials provided herein are available in varying degrees to persons accessing the same; e.g., persons with no license to Altium products may still access the Help Materials, but shall have rights to review, but not modify or contribute to such Materials. Alternatively, someone such as a licensed user of the Altium NEXUS® product shall be given broader rights to the Help Materials, and others who enter into a commercial relationship with Altium may be given still other rights.

Altium reserves the right in its sole discretion to alter the access rights and privileges of any users at any time. All access to the Help Materials by anyone are subject to all of the following terms and conditions. Your review, use of or contribution to the Help Materials constitutes your acceptance of all such terms and conditions.

While Altium may correct inaccurate information in the Help Materials of which it becomes aware, You understand and agree that Altium in no way conducts ongoing review of the information contained therein, and that nothing contained within the Help Materials is warranted or represented to be complete, accurate or reliable, or that it has necessarily been reviewed by people with the expertise required to provide You with complete, accurate or reliable information.
