The Sharing Control dialog.
Summary
The Sharing Control dialog allows you to define who is allowed to change the permissions and sharing for a specified folder or item.
Access
From the Permissions For Folder/Item dialog, click the Change link at the bottom-right of the dialog.
Options/Controls
- Only the owner can change the permissions - enable this option to denote that only administrators and owners can add or remove people or change the visibility of the item.
- Collaborators are allowed to add people and change permissions - enable this option to denote that editors also have full control to add and remove people and change the visibility of the item in addition to owners and administrators.
