Applied Parameters: Action=SetToGlobalPrefs

Summary

This command is used to apply the view configuration options that are currently defined at the global, system level - on the Multi-board Assembly - View Configuration page of the Preferences dialog - to the active Multi-board Assembly document (*.MbaDoc).

Access

This command is accessed from the Multi-board Assembly Editor by choosing the View » Set Document View Configuration From Global Preferences command from the main menus.

Use

After launching the command, any changes that you have made locally to the active assembly's presentation - through the System Colors and Display Options sections of the View Configuration panel, will be overwritten with the current settings for those sections, on the Multi-board Assembly - View Configuration page of the Preferences dialog.


Applied Parameters: Action=ResetToDefaults

This command is used to apply the default view configuration options - for the Multi-board Assembly - View Configuration page of the Preferences dialog - to the active Multi-board Assembly document (*.MbaDoc).

This command is accessed from the Multi-board Assembly Editor by choosing the View » Reset Document View Configuration To System Defaults command from the main menus.

Use

After launching the command, any changes that you have made locally to the active assembly's presentation - through the System Colors and Display Options sections of the View Configuration panel, will be overwritten with the default settings for those sections - the defaults as would be applied to the Multi-board Assembly - View Configuration page of the Preferences dialog.

Tips

  1. The Multi-board Assembly - View Configuration page of the Preferences dialog is itself left unchanged. In other words, it is not reset to its defaults. Defaults are only applied to the View Configuration panel.
