The following pre-packaged resource, derived from this base command, is available:

Applied Parameters: None

This command is used to change the view in the main design window, such that all selected objects across the constituent sheet(s) of the active Draftsman document (*.PCBDwf) are visible.

For a high-level look at how the Altium Draftsman Drawing System provides an interactive approach to the creation of production documentation for your PCBs, see Draftsman.

With at least one object selected, this command is accessed from the PcbDrawing Editor by choosing the View » Fit Selected Objects command from the main menus.

First, ensure that all objects that you wish to fit within the displayed workspace are selected.

After launching the command, the view in the main design window will change to fit all selected objects. Depending on the number of objects selected and their respective locations across one or more sheets, the selection will be zoomed (in or out) and centered in the window (where possible).
