Applied Parameters: Object=Point
Summary
This command is used to redefine the display area about a specified point in the current document.
Access
This command can be accessed from the Schematic Editor, and Schematic Library Editor, by:
- Choosing the View » Around Point command from the main menus.
- Pressing the V key in the workspace to access the View pop-up menu, then choosing the Around Point command.
- Pressing the Z key in the workspace to access the Zoom pop-up menu, then choosing the Around Point command.
In the Schematic Library Editor, the command can also be accessed by right-clicking in the workspace and choosing the View » Around Point command from the context menu.
Use
After launching the command, the cursor will change to a cross-hair and you will be prompted to select the center point of a zoom window. Position the cursor and click, or press Enter, to anchor this center point. You will then be prompted to select the corner of the zoom window. Move the cursor to size the zoom area and click, or press Enter, to anchor the corner. The display will change, with the specified area centered in the main design window around the specified center point.
