The Publish to Folder dialog.
Summary
This dialog allows you to publish data from an Output file into an FTP server which has already been established for publishing use (using the Data Management - Publishing Destinations page of the Preferences dialog).
Access
When generating content from an OutJob file, select Generate and Publish » FTP.
Options/Controls
Location - Click the 
button to browse for (or create) and select a subfolder within the publishing FTP server.
