JUNE TECH TIP Accurately measure clearances and distances Did you know that Altium Designer has an easy to use, accurate distance measurement tool built right into the board editor? If you need to check the precise spacing between pads, mounting holes or tracks, on any layer (including non-electrical layers), the right capability is there at your fingertips. Here’s a quick overview of how it works.   New HDL Simulation Engine from Aldec Altium has partnered with Aldec to take Altium Designer's HDL simulation capabilities to a whole new level in Release 10. Aldec's high performance Advanced Simulation Engine (for VHDL and Verilog) is now incorporated into Altium Designer as an OEM technology.
