KB: Power Port reduced to local level warning

I get a warning when I compile my project schematics: "Global Power-Object ... has been reduced to local level by presence of port at ..." It is a Warning in the Message panel after validating the project.

Solution Details
Power Ports are global (unless separately set in the Net Identifier scope within the project options) and do not require a connection to an extra defined port to connect to another Schematic document. When a Global power port is connected to a local Port, it reduces the Power Port to a local presence. The solution is to remove the connection between the Power Port and a local Port.
