Summary

This command is used to add a new wave plot to the active chart in the Waveform Analysis window.

Access

This command can be accessed from the SimData Editor by:

• Choosing the Plot » New Plot command from the main menus.
• Right-clicking within the active chart (away from Y-axis and waveform names) and choosing the Add Plot command from the context menu.

Use

After launching the command, the Plot Wizard will appear. The Wizard guides you through the three steps required for wave plot creation - enabling you to give the plot a name, define the appearance of the plot, and populate the plot with one or more waveforms. After clicking Finish, the new wave plot will be inserted after the last wave plot in the chart.
