Berkeley Formula Racing

Berkeley Formula Racing is UC Berkeley's Internal Combustion Engine Formula SAE team. Each year, we design, build, and test a single-seater, formula-style race car from scratch. Our team equips students with invaluable skills in design, simulation, manufacturing, and testing, while also connecting them with industry opportunities, particularly through our sponsors. Our mission is to provide students with hands-on engineering experience and education beyond the traditional classroom setting. We strive to empower aspiring engineers by providing opportunities to collaborate and develop their skills, leaving them well-equipped to excel in their future careers.
