Kılavuz Lavira Rocket Team

Kılavuz Lavira was established in 2020 by four undergraduate students from different engineering disciplines at Kocaeli University. Our founding goal is to apply theoretical engineering knowledge to real-world projects, specifically through participating in high-level competitions such as TEKNOFEST and the IREC (Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition). As an innovative student team, we develop advanced rocket technologies and aim for excellence in both national and international arenas. With our specialized sub-teams in Mechanical, Software, and Avionics, we combine strong team spirit with engineering competencies to create the technologies of the future.

Specifically, through its advanced tools for signal integrity analysis, impedance control, and EMI/EMC compatibility, we guarantee the uninterrupted operation of our Flight Control Computer (FCC) under severe vibration and high-G forces during challenging competitions such as TEKNOFEST and IREC.”
