Cancellation and Refund Policies

Altium Training

Altium does not provide revised or updated materials or sessions to students who have previous used or accessed the On-Demand Training materials.
Training materials including, slides, photos, schematics, audio, and videos are not available for download, sharing, uploading, or other redistribution without Altium’s prior written consent.
Once you start the course, you will have 60 days to complete the training; after 60 days, your access to that On-Demand Training will be removed unless you purchase those materials again.
You must have tools installed and access to an active Altium Designer license. If you need a license, you can request a free 15-day trial.
If you decide to switch from the On-Demand Training plan to either the "Advanced" or "Essentials" plan, you can only make this change before completing 20% of the course. After completing 20% of the course you may not make any additional chances to the On-Demand Training plan.

All requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase; however, once you have started your training, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 60 business days from the date of the request approval. The amount refunded, if any, will be based on the original purchase in the currency purchased.
These policies are subject to change without prior notice. Any updates to the policy will be communicated on our official website or through direct communication channels.

All classes and/or class credits must be taken or redeemed within one calendar year of the original purchase date or forfeit 100% of the course fee.
If you have purchased a training credit, you will have sixty days to schedule your training.
Courses that have started are not eligible for a refund.
Certificates will only be issued for completed courses.

All class dates are subject to change or cancellation based on the number of enrollments received.
The minimum enrollment for any class is three students. If the class enrollment does not have the minimum required students seven days before the start date, then the students will be notified to reschedule to an alternative date.
All Altium training classes are subject to cancellation or rescheduling at Altium’s discretion.

Refunds and rescheduling are permitted up to seven days prior to the event.
Cancellations or reschedules within seven full calendar days are non-refundable.
However, trainees can have a substitute (e.g., a coworker) take their place at any time.

Private training sessions must be canceled or rescheduled 21 days in advance.
Class size and pricing are based on 10 attendees. If you wish to add additional attendees, please reach out to your Altium representative for availability and pricing.
