Summary

This command is used to extend a column selection to the bottom of the current document window, from the current cursor position.

Access

Access to this command is made using the Alt+Shift+Ctrl+PgDn keyboard shortcut only.

Use

Simply select the base character(s) of text at the required position in the document and launch the command. The selection will be extended, in a column whose width is defined by the original character selection, to the bottom of the visible document window.

Tips

  1. You can control column selection specifically by using Alt+Click-and-Drag.
  2. Column selection is disabled if word wrapping is enabled.
