The following pre-packaged resource, derived from this base command, is available:

Applied Parameters: None

Summary

This command is used to insert a row above the currently selected row in a custom table in the active Draftsman document (*.PCBDwf).

For a high-level look at how the Altium Draftsman Drawing System provides an interactive approach to the creation of production documentation for your PCBs, see Draftsman.

Access

This command is accessed from the PcbDrawing Editor by right-clicking within a placed table and choosing the Table » Insert Row Above command from the context menu.

Use

First, ensure that the correct row is selected in the table - the row above which you wish to insert a new row. Do this by simply clicking on any cell within the required row (the text cursor will appear in that cell).

After launching the command, a new row will appear in the table above the currently selected row.

Tips

  1. Defaults for the custom table primitive type can be defined on the Draftsman - Defaults page of the Preferences dialog.
